Service. Bespoke Rubik’s Cube mosaic artworks based on client-supplied images. On-site previews are visual only.

Ordering. Production starts after a 10% downpayment. Estimated lead time: ≤400 cubes: 3 working days; ≤1000 cubes: 5 working days; >1000 cubes: 5 working days + 1 working day per 400 cubes. Hand-assembled. Framing options: Black, White, Gold. Custom labels/signatures: available at no extra cost and no extra time.

Pricing & payment. Quotes valid for 30 days. Bank transfer only. Prices may be subject to VAT where applicable. Balance due before delivery/installation unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery & installation. Standard delivery across the UAE is free; handled in-house (no third-party carriers). No tracking or insurance. Wall mounting with secure brackets provided. CubixArt covers damage during its transport or installation.

Cancellations & returns. Downpayment is non-refundable after order confirmation. Returns are not accepted. Defects are handled within the UAE under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Materials & care. Cubes: GAN (ABS, stickerless, bright acrylic shades). Base: MDF. Cubes are glued to baseplates; baseplates are glued together. Indoor use only; avoid extended direct sunlight.

Intellectual property. CubixArt retains rights to the mosaic design, previews, and tools.

Force majeure. In unforeseen events, timelines may be adjusted fairly by mutual agreement.
